Home Inspections and the Corona Virus

How are are home inspection different in the age of the corona virus?  What precautions are companies like Home Inspection Carolina taking to ensure satety.  The homebuying process changed in 2020.  For a little while in March and part of April houses could not be shown in some parts of the country.  Home Inspections were deemed essential in most parts of the country but obviously if realtors couldn't show the properties live real estate slowed down.  As states started to open up and real rebounded so did home inspections.  The weren't the same as befor though.  Listen to this podcast by Charlotte based Home Inspection Carolina to see how home inspections have changed.
