Dr. Malachi uses key principles of Social, Community, Consulting and Positive Psychology, in order to help organizations, leaders, and individuals, eliminate their barriers to success, empowering them to reach their maximum potential. 

In addition to Dr. Malachi’s career endeavors, she is proud of her community engagement efforts, namely, serving as the Social Action Chapter Co-Chair for Delta Sigma Theta (PVAC Chapter) and Co-Chairing the award winning State of Black Male, Female Relationships conference. 

She is the Author of “A Hip Hop State of Mind", where she explored the psychological impact of Hip Hop on the Black Community and a current squad leader for Color of Change-Chicago.
