The Crisis in Black Leadership

Crack pipes? Really?!!! I'm confused.

“We used to have real leaders back in the day.” We as Black Americans hear this all the time, but how do yesterday’s leaders help today’s Black American? Whether it’s D.C. or your local Water Board, politics in the Black community is rife with corruption and people on the take! The problem with this is that it’s the people your supposed to be representing who suffer the most. We discussed the latest scandal from the Prichard Water Board on last Sunday with special guest and Mayoral Candidate Reginald Davis, and we plan on discussing it again, and again until something is done! This is just my hometown, but this type of ish happens every day in many towns across the nation. These types of “mishaps” cause generations to suffer in the long run, and there’s not enough prison time to give that can reverse the effects.

Black Lives Matter, the group that captured the hearts, and money of some major corporations, and some citizens is allegedly under investigation for failing to file taxes and misappropriation of funds? Meanwhile, Patrice Cullors-Khan has electric slid her way to the money and left the organization leaderless since May of last year. Is the gig up for the revolution?

P.S. Nia Bradley and Que please feel free to call in and give your account
