  • It's a NEW day and a NEW beginning for the country!  Let's roll up our sleeves and work together to reclaim our lives, and heal our economy.  We all agree that Coronavirus Disease 2019- COVID -19 (SARS-CoV-2)  has been the culprit of our devastated economy, and some also believe the in adequate leadership from this administration has added to our pain.  Well, we have exercised our  democratic rights and voted for change.

Todays interview is with William Lucy, one of the most prominent labor leaders in recent U.S history.  Mr. Lucy    held the second highest ranking  position as an African American, in the labor movement, holding the position  as  Secretary-Treasurer of the American Federation of State, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) from 1972-2010.  He is also a Civil Rights Activist  and marched alone side Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and coined the slogan " I Am A Man" that became the rally call for the historic Memphis sanitation strikers during the tumultuous aftermath of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination 1968.

Today we will discuss,  "Where do we go from here, healng our nation".
