Remember when you were offered a pillow, blanket or a magazine once you boarded your fight. How about dressing up and getting served LARGE bags of peanuts and being offered a beverage before take off . Let's try a stretch your imagination and remember when you were offered Chicken, Steak or Fish for dinner?  Yes I know it's been so long ago it's impossible to remember!
