It's time to encourage students to think....and mean it

There is great value for students if they are encouraged to simply think. The factor of time has challenged the ability to effectively encourage and teach students how to think. However, if students understand the process of thinking and problem solving, good grades will follow. Could it be that this is the simple change that needs to be made in order to see a large increase in student achievement?
