Good morning, today on The Meter we will discuss the latest in the battle between the President and the media. President Trump fired back at MSNBC hosts, Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski in tweets this week referring to Scarborough as "crazy" and Mika as "dumb as a rock". President Trump also said that Brzezinski's face was bleeding from a facelift. Unpresidential or fighting back? Also, this week the House passed bills Kate's Law in honor of Kathryn Steinle who was murdered in 2015 by an illegal alien with multiple felonies and deportations. The law will deny federal grants to sanctuary cities and increase penalties for deportees that try to return to the US. Also, the House passed a bill defunding sanctuary cities if they don't cooperate with federal immigration officials. Also, the Senate is still working on the American Health Care Act. As many as 9 republican senators have concerns over the bill. President Trump's travel ban also went into effect this week enraging liberals. Security or racism? Also, members of the Democratic Party in the House have drafted a bill that declares President Trump mentally incapacitated under the terms of the 25th Amendment. Laughable or Legitmate? Please join the fireworks at 10:00 AM. The call in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential.
