Republican, Troy Balderson leads Democrat Danny O’Connor, by 1500 votes, or 0.8% with nearly 5,000 provisional and absentee ballots outstanding. Balderson claimed victory on Tuesday night and a congratulatory tweet from President Trump. All of President Trumps candidates won or lead from Tuesday.
