Good morning, today on The Meter we will discuss the embattled Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. This week in emotional filled testimony accuser Dr. Christine Ford answered questions about Brett Kavanaugh and said that she is 100% certain that Kavanaugh assaulted her when they were both in High School 36 years ago. Kavanaugh followed and emphatically denied all allegations. No evidence was presented and none has surfaced. During Kavanaugh’s questioning Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, (D) RI, asked the Judge awkward questions about vomiting, the F Word, and expelling gas. After both testimonies Sen. Jeff Flake (R) AZ added fuel to the fire by agreeing to delay to the final confirmation vote by one week by recommending that the FBI investigate the allegations against Kavanaugh. President Trump ordered the investigation on Friday. Does the presumption of innocence still prevail in America? Please join the discussion at 10:00 AM. The call in number is 347-308-8933.
