Good morning, today on The Meter we will discuss President Trump's Independence Day messages. The President took to the podium at Mount Rushmore and Washington DC and pledged to punish those that destroy America's historical monuments and issued an executive order to create the National Garden of American heroes. Protesters burned American flags, attacked police, and chanted that America was never great. Should America's history be accompanied an asterisk succumbing to mob mentality? Former Vice-President Joe Biden continues to lead President Trump by double digits in the polls. President Trump's team dismisses the numbers as fake news and points to the battleground states. Are the polls accurate or is The President's reelection chances slim? In yet another Russian scandal, Russia is being accused of paying Taliban members to murder American soldiers in Afghanistan. President Trump was not briefed by his National Security team where he received criticism from Joe Biden and Congressional Democrats. The story has not been confirmed and only 2 US soldiers have been killed in that country this year. Is President Trump to cozy with Russia? Please join the discussion at 10AM. The call in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential!
