The surge was powered by Red States who are rolling back mask mandates and social distancing requirements that earned Texas governor Greg Abbott to be called a Neanderthal by Joe Biden. Thus far, 14 states have already removed or have set a date to reduced covid-19 mandates. Is this dangerous or overdue?
