Sexual Inhabitions of Black Women

Centuries ago, as slaves black women and men were brutalized sexually.  The men were castrated and the women were raped. Culturally for black people, sex is a taboo. So because of this taboo, did this create the sexual inhibitions in black people.  Also is that a result of teen pregnancy for black teens?  Are black men straying because of black women's sexually inhibited? Are the inhibitions of black women leading black men to search outside their race?
