Talk of The Town: Its Over Now

Is there an age limit of becoming a rapper nowadays?  In this day in age there are more younger rappers than older.  The image of being a gangster and dope boy have transformed into being a tight jean wearing skate boarding rapper who is a gangsta and a dope boy.  Are you too old out here rapping (What is the age range of an old rapper)?  Why are you out right now? Are they (Older rappers) still relevant or should they stop rapping?  What are some qualities of older rappers of why they still hot and what are some qualities of why they should stop?
