Tonight on the Talk of the Town we will be discussing Local Celebrities (The Artists) . Can local artists work hard enough to break the stigma that comes with local fame to become more known in their regions? or are they just content with being known at home? What are some of  the outside influences that keep them local?  And do local radio PDs keep them local? Can local artists take the criticism from areas that they are NOT known in? Fake it to you make it...is this a good strategy for local artists? Can local artists burnout their status with the local crowd and lose their fame? Should local celebrities charge for features? How can artists break this mentality to take their music to the next level and get known?
