American rapper, entertainer, investor and entrepreneur, Percy Robert “Master P” Miller, Percy Miller, best known in the hip hop world as Master P , is the president-CEO, founder of No Limit Records, also the founder of P. Miller Enterprises, an entertainment and financial conglomerate and Better Black Television. Master P Miller  built an empire with several  labels, a clothing line, a management company, a high end travel agency, a film production company, a video game company and even a phone sex line. His most notable and likely most successful endeavor was his No Limit record company which pioneered the Southern Rap sound. Once a top company, housing the likes of Mystikal, Silk the Shocker and Snoop Dogg at one point, the label has since fallen on hard times

Doctor Ice is a rapper in the hip-hop world. He was with the group UTFO, most famous for its song "Roxanne, Roxanne" released as a single in 1984, before the self-titled debut album in 1985.
