Today Eric Frazier speaks with Norman Green, President of San Francisco Chapter of National Association of Real Estate Brokers and Janet Halliburton, real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance. National Association of Real Estate Brokers, (NAREB), is a Real Estate Professional trade organization. NAREB has local chapters across the country who embrace their ideals and mission of “promoting democracy in housing”. Worked as an entertainment promoter for twenty years, where he learned and honed the art of promotion. During this time, he promoted local events as well as regional concerts. He is one of the few African American brokerage owners in San Francisco and has been a proud owner of Re/Max Prestigious Properties located in the beautiful west Portal area. Over the years Norman has gained extensive knowledge in the real estate business. Norman has assisted in all aspects of real estate including building from spect, purchasing, remodeling, flipping, and other investment-type activities. In addition, he has helped clients purchase commercial units from five to one hundred and fifty units. Along the way, he has built up an extensive network of resources in the real estate industry which has allowed him to handle his investments client's national portfolios. Janet Halliburton is a local Concord, CA real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance. Janet has been described as an “angel sent from heaven” by her clients.
