Today Eric Frazier speaks with D'Adrea, a Life Member of the NAACP Stockton Branch and currently serving as the First Vice President. She has dived in her passion and purpose for justice, equality, and equity opportunity for all. D’Adrea has contributed significantly to the growth of our branch through her advocate leadership and as the NAACP Stockton Branch Public Relations and Housing Chair. D'Adrea Davie has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Stockton (2012- Present), the Planning and Land Use experience has been a perfect compliment to her Real Estate practice....and assisting her clients. D'Adrea was instrumental in the development of building Safe and Healthy communities in the 2035 General Plan. She is a highly skilled and geographically specialized Land Market Expert. Through her extensive awareness of market conditions and Land Use knowledge, She assists landowners and consumers to make wise decisions about land. Development, Agricultural, or even the ideal parcel to Build your Dream Home on. D'Adrea has the skills to help you find or sell that special piece of property. D'Adrea has served as the President of the Central Valley Realtist Board (CVRB), the goal of the organization is to rebuild the dream of homeownership throughout the Central Valley. Many people avoid homeownership due to the belief that the up-front costs are too expensive. Under her leadership, she has developed the Realtist Dream of Homeownership Program to help increase homeownership within the City of Stockton’s underserved community. Participants of this program would receive assistance with their Closing Costs.
