My name is Xzonna Sotero, I’ve been diagnosed with Lupus for the last 48 years. I also worked in healthcare as a RN for the past 30 years. Lupus can affect each individual in many different ways. Lupus has mainly affected my kidneys. I now have Stage 4 kidney disease and I’m in need of a kidney transplant. I would like to share my story with you today. In sharing my story, I hope that I can help someone else through their journey and ups and downs with their disease process.
