Off to the Races: August 13, 2022

Off to the Races Radio powered by The Racing Biz returned Saturday, August 13 with an action-packed one hour program.

This week's show featured visits from jockey Joe Rocco, Jr. and Colonial Downs analyst Jessica Paquette. The Kentucky-based Rocco, whose father Joe Sr. was also a jockey, has been among the top riders at Colonial Downs in recent years.

Paquette, who formerly worked at Boston's Suffolk Downs, handicaps the races on air each day at Colonial Downs and is an advocate for aftercare for retired Thoroughbreds.

Also on the docket are Dave Zenner, talking about all things Colonial Downs, and legendary horseplayer Derby Bill Watson.
