Happy Birthday Queen Just thinking of my mom Queen of my heart. You are worth more than diamonds, rubies, gold. I love you endlessly. You were a true jewel. My favorite one of the world. I remember Dad Saying that I would miss your birthdays and holidays. There never been a truer statement.  I remember you saying "I noticed you have stop asking you for money (loans) lol. In my flip answer was I’m preparing for when you’re no longer here. And without a thought you said "When I’m gone you will finally see I was your only true friend. You'll miss me the most" You both were right Your memories fill my mind. I can't help but shed a tear. As I drift back in time. You left me years ago for peace in heaven above. So hard to let you go. Empty of a mother’s love. Every holiday you made special. Cooking everything under the sun decorating the house inviting everyone over. You held this family together. But now that you're gone. A hard day to get through. Somehow life goes on. But it will never be the same your memory eases the pain. You live inside of me. I will always love you and miss you until we meet again your baby girl. Bon'Bon So on this birthday I honor you with music Queen Annette Davis Duke a melody of songs to the one who could direct the choir with your feet. lol. I was just thinking of the time you took me to the Bahamas on my first cruise and you enter the talent contest and won it hands down you had a range out of this world 7 octave I do believe. And you could hit everyone one them in every song. You sang to standing ovation. The Carnival cruise captain ask you if you would travel the seven seas singing for their guest. I was so excited I though my god we have hit the big leagues. Then you said no way will I sing over a smoke-filled room. But your voice was for the Lord. Thank you for showing me that when a mind made up nothing can change it Queen of my heart
