Author, blogger, animal lover, and writer, Sameena K. Mughal discusses her take on life, spirituality, the written word, and other topics that move her. In this episode, Sameena will talk about the changing role of women in a changing world. Callers are encouraged to call in and put their spin on this topic.

Sameena has over 17 years of teaching experience and now writes full-time. As an English and English as a Second Language teacher, she had students complete story writing assignments. One day, she decided to do one of her own assignments, and her first short story collection, Shaherazade's Daughters was born. She hasn't stopped since, completing a second book, The Siddiqui Brothers in Cairo a short time later. She now uses her fiction as a broader canvas to entertain and teach, conveying meaningful but spiritually based lessons, helping to enlighten humanity in her own way.
