The Case of the Missing 40 Under 40

This is the Case of the Missing 40 Under 40 for ECU's Alumni Association.  There are a lot of questions of why this banquet was canceled.  Who told the Vice Chancellor of Alumni Relations Heath Bowman to cancel the event and kick off two members of the alumni board?

We talked to Dr. John Bream who was suppose to receive an award as a  member of the 40 Under 40.  Heath Bowman resigned as Vice Chancellor of Alumni Relations on Tuesday.  It's another strange event that has taken place over the last few years.
