Talkin' Pirates & Tar Heels with UNC PxP Dave Nathan PLUS ECU Distinguished Alum

With the 7th-ranked Pirates traveling to No. 10 North Carolina on Wednesday night, we caught up with the play by play Voice of the Tar Heels, Dave Nathan! We also catch up with a distinguished alumnus of East Carolina, Dr. Jerry McGee! Dr. McGee, who is a member of the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame and several other halls of fame, played baseball for the Pirates during the NAIA days in the early 60's. He went on to a tremendous career as the President of Wingate University from 1992 to 2015 while also establishing a great reputation as a college football official where he had a chance to interact with some of the game's best coaches! During his time at Wingate, the Bulldogs experienced tremendous growth and success both academically and athletically! His son Ryan is an excellent senior writer and podcast co-host (Marty and McGee) for ESPN.
