Join us for the New Year's Edition of the Thinking Out Loud Radio Show featuring my good friend and Detroit Filmmalker & Director Anthony Green. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Anthony has written and directed award winning short films and commercials. He has worked with a variety of local artists throughout Michigan. In 2006, he was named one of the top 10 finalists of the Sex Education Video Contest. In 2008 he won 3rd place at the DWIFF 48 hour film festival. Just recently in 2015, he won for best Inspirational Film for his short film titled MATCH at the Trinity International Film Festival. Over the past years his work has been accepted at various film festivals throughout Michigan. Currently his feature film Last Words is now streaming on Amazon Prime, FandangoNow, Tubi TV and YouTube. Last Words has received various awards at the Las Vegas Black Film Festival, I See You Awards Film Festival and the Circle City Film Festival. His newest short film You me & Her was just accepted to the 2020 Las Vegas Black Film Festival. During our interview with Anthony Green he takes us behind the scenes and gives up a glimpse of his filmmaking process and how considers this apart of his ministry. We also talk about some of the early commercials he's done for Doritos and Pepsi and for Facebook.
