Michael Linardi, Business and Executive Coach, is the owner of Halcyon Coaching. The name "Halcyon" refers to a legendary bird who brings calmness to the raging waters. This is what Michael wants for his clients, to "smooth the waters" of their personal and professional lives. Michael provides support to individuals and businesses committed to reaching new heights in their personal and professional lives. His current clients include executives, CEO’s, managers, small business owners and entrepreneurs. Michael especially enjoys coaching business leaders to create thriving businesses with balanced lives. A frequent speaker, he enjoys leading workshops, seminars and retreats. A graduate of American University’s Health Fitness Management Masters of Science Program, Michael did his undergraduate work at Salisbury State University. He also completed his studies in coaching from Coach University. He has been coaching for 14 years. Michael had worked in a variety of disciplines in the health promotion/behavior change industry for 22 years.

Curtrise Garner, CIO of First Impression LLC, is a national image expert, author, public relations consultant and public speaker. She creates workshops and PR strategies for clients to ensure that they get magical results that increase visibility, awareness and positioning in their respective industry. She also is the author of "The New Rules of Etiquette" (Adams Media), her first book about social rules and leaving positive impressions that has been well-received by the public. Curtrise has shared image advice on the radio in Detroit on two stations, WCHB-1200 AM and WGPR-107.5 FM.
