Kathie Norris's goal is for each customer to feel comfortable throughout the loan process. Communication is key to a streamlined process. I take the time to explain the process and keep the customer updated on what stage we are in.

I think it is very important for the borrower to have an advocate at their closing in addition to their Real Estate Agent. I make every attempt to attend all of my closings.

I am not a transactional loan specialist;  I am a relational loan specialist.  I am interested in building a trusted and lasting relationship with my customers.  I am honored to say that many of my customers have become friends.
