Joan Arciero has been a business consultant for 20 years incorporating the financial consulting 15 years ago. Recognized as a leader in her field, she has developed an excellent reputation as an invaluable source in business and financial planning.
Working the way up the corporate ladder, she moved from an administrative position to top management - then launched a company advising small businesses on developing a strong, profitable business structure. Through the corporate experience, Joan realized how important it is to understand the company financials. Today, she works with small business owners who have a passion and a skill, and dream to create a business. Her clients are great at what they do; however, they are not so good at running the finances of their business and that’s where her skill set is best used. After all, the money won’t magically appear.

Gabriella Guglielminotti Trivel was born in Italy and studied foreign languages at the University of Turin, her home city.
She is a qualified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has traveled around Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Antarctica. In 2012 she published a book, 'Antarctic Odyssey: a New Beginning', about her adventures there. At present she is learning to fly gliders in order to gain a different perspective on the world and become a real 'Flying Inspiration'!
She is an author, speaker, visionary and coach who helps women to gain confidence, authority and fulfilment in life by knowing better their body.
