I have also founded a Magazine called Find Your Fit Mag bringing simplified wellness to busy women's inbox. Exercise and nutrition used to be my main area of expertise but I soon found the the real problem was not educating people until their heads exploded, it's building my brand and make a healthy life fun and efficient. I'm a fitness professional building an online brand and Magazine.
