“How to Influence Police in the U.S

Workshop Wednesdays with Host Tony Gambone and Special Guest Alan Parrish:

Alan Parrish was not the typical cop. For more than 25 years he helped Houston neighborhood groups, business associations, and other citizen organizations develop solutions to their crime problems.

From 2002 to 2008, Alan co-owned and facilitated the Secure Houston Network, a business membership organization that organized symposiums and monthly round table discussions to help managers make informed decisions related to security.

Now he's helping others take charge of their relationship with police and local government. He recently launched a Kickstarter project called “How to Influence Police in the U.S.” to help citizens and businesses take advantage of the national shift in police-community relations. 

The project will fund an online course providing tools for gaining influence, being alert and responsive to important issues, and learning from others in similar situations.
