Peter Greenberg travels to the island of Malta to broadcast from the Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa. Once a famous restaurant, the property is the first within the Corinthia Hotel Collection. Joining Peter to discuss the beauty of the island and the hotel is the chairman of the Corinthia Group, Alfred Pisani. The chairman describes the history of the Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa, as well as what he personally looks for in a hotel. 

He is also joined by the U.S. Ambassador to Malta, Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley. The life time public servant shares her favorite island spots and where she takes her numerous out of town guests. Since begining service in Malta, she has hosted over forty-five out of town guests.
