live tonight on Tasting Poetry 
you are the feature open mic 

you make me feel

I never knew love would be

saying yes to what I 

could never have

when no is all you have ever known

this game

of if you want me

I can’t play

hearing distant echoes of

don’t be a fool

recounts all the moments love said

I’ll take you       leaving these

thoughts          I’ve got to get

into this

so many fish in the sea

            hook on the probability

to see its you

            I never knew
