Kimber came to Dr. Klein's company (a man who has a radio show of his own we will have people call about this injustice) and was hired, but during her interview Dr. Klein's girlfriend made a fuss about her presence. Kimber is a professional and did not want to threaten Dr. Klein's relationship any advances she would reject. However, Kimber was in between homes when she was hired and left some of her belongings at the office with the OK of management. She also left several calls and emails, which she can prove, during her crisis explaining why she could not be at work that day. She was informed for "failure to be at her post" that she was fired from the company. She asked about her belongings, and was told a lie, that they were donated to a certain organization. She drove a bus from Sanford to Orlando for 3 hours to discover no such call or delivery was made. She was then told all her belongings, her clothes, everything she owned, was donated to Goodwill, the company has since refused to specify which Goodwill has her belongings, which Kimber never gave permission for them to do. This is a retaliatory act. We call on legal representatives in the Orlando area to look at this case as well as pro bono or contingency. Kimber found herself one day working for 25,000 dollars a year, after getting out of a abusive relationship, to being on the street, where she is forced to go to shelters now.
