Al Suarez Interviews Water Protector SiouxZ AKA Vanessa Dundon, indigenous warrior out of Arizona who almost lost her eye in Standing Rock in 2016. Suarez of Vanguard Youth Radio, was inspired to go to Standing Rock, North Dakota, out of seeing the brutality including the firing of a rubber bullet at the eye of Vanessa Dundon. Little did he know she would end up his tent mate on camp and he would help her with many things, the great spirit bringing him there in time. Suarez will show a parallel between the Embassy Protectors and Water Protectors, the indigenous struggle from Venezuela to Canada. Show will be 30-45 minutes. We may not have time for callers. Photos used is a portrait of Vanessa, a list of names of Water Protectors with an image of Sitting Bull, including those injured highlighted, both Vanessa and Al were highlighted. As well as a photo of the late Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez.
