Tonight we are very lucky to have Heide Goettner Abendroth calling in from Europe to discuss Matriarchal Socieites - a subject very much misunderstood and in some cases maligned.  We'll delve into what matriarchal societies actually are as we describe this form of society.  Heide will explain why matriarchy greatly differs from patriarchy going beyond gender.  You'll learn about matriarchal societies today and what's new with modern Matriarchal Studies.  We'll examine if its possible to implement some of the best ideas of matriarchal societies to make the world a better place.
