God: The Unauthorized Biography with Thomas Quinn

Producer, author and colleague of mine, Thomas Quinn returns to VSF so we can chat about his new satirical and courageous book, God: The Unauthorized Biography - God's Old Testament memoir is how I refer to it.  We'll be chatting about the morally-dubious history of the Israelites and their prophecies, surprising research in the Old Testament you never hear about, fresh insights on the role of women in the Old Testament which you never hear about, including if abortion is even mentioned.  We'll compare history to legend and tradition and delve into why this is a relevent topic for us today beyond those of us who are history or religion junkies. And talk about how all this leads to why Evangelicals can support Donald Trump.
