Using art to explore past wounding and healing, we will play with embodied shadow material to create practices of deep self-care. Shadow material is made up of parts of ourselves and our past that are cast like a shadow into the dark unconscious. Buried deep in our psyche this material offers hidden treasure and power to be reclaimed. Through storytelling, collage and multi-media we will create healing art and ritual that integrates our shadow into self-care practices for our whole Self.

Heather Taylor-Zimmerman is a visionary artist and psychologist who is passionate about creative transformation. With a PhD in archetypal psychology and creativity, she helps people to embody soul by creating art as a creative path and an individuation journey to wholeness. www.learningthruart.com
