Explore how the patriarchy burdens our bodies and our brains. What are the invisible tasks that we are assigned as females and how do they change the way we think about ourselves? What do our bodies have to say about living in a world where we do the emotional labor? Explore how internal and external oppression living in a patriarchy world has impacted us through the centuries. Through small group movement exercises and family/ancestor explorations discover your relationship to a world where men's needs have been prioritized for centuries.  How can we develop a relationship with our world that honors the feminine and loves and needs us deeply?

Sarah Peyton, CNVC Certified Trainer and neuroscience educator, integrates brain science, family constellations and the use of resonant language to heal internal and systemic trauma. She brings together depth work and self-compassion that integrate Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) with the transformative potential of Nonviolent Communication's empathy. She teaches and lectures internationally, and is the author of the book “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing.” www.empathybrain.com
