You were told by your boss to complete a report and have it done by June 31st. However you decide to take it upon yourself to delegate to your co-worker because you have another project to finish on the same date. The Co-worker out of the kindness of their heart helps you with a project to the best of their ability. You receive the report and forward to your boss received the project.
