Tonite's Topics of Discussion:

Vietnam veterans are no strangers to bounties, as I'm sure any soldier in a combat area, since Ancient times is constantly aware of his surroundings. Our country once had bounties for Indian scalps. Bid Laden, and other terrorists. Isis beheaded hostages on the Internet. Do you find it credible that any US administration would be unaware of the seriousness of such intelligence?

Mississippi takes the Confederate emblem off its State flag: Fact

SEC said it would not play games in the state: Truth

NASCAR bans Confederate symbols from cars and stands: Fact

#45 issues EO protecting Jesus and statues: Fact

This EO was all about appealing to his base: Truth

Should we be concentrating more on eroding the 'mindset', rather than erasing the symbols?

While we're celebrating this racial kumbayah our Congress still can't pass Anti-lynching legislation, or come to a national agreement on chokeholds: Weeks after George Floyd, police are still killing people of color. Why do I feel someone is blowing smoke up my ass?

In some communities, both larger and small, policing is a 'family tradition', a rite-of-passage: Do you think this is perhaps a contributing factor when dealing with 'institutional' and/or 'systemic' racism and police reform?

After 125,000+ deaths it seems #Republicans have changed their stance on masks and social distancing.  Spikes in Florida, Texas, and Arizona have caused a re-evaluation in the early opening of states. RNC in danger! What has been done, can't be undone! Only 4 states are showing a decline. Are we in worse shape fighting Covid-19, than we were 6 months ago?

We'll take any questions or engage in any relevant conversation before giving our individual Final Thoughts.
