Who is ACTi?

ANIMAL CRUELTY TASK FORCE INTERNATIONAL·

Animal Cruelty Task Force International (ACTi) is a volunteer organization, co-founded by Nikki Bauer and Joe Velez Sr., focused on animal abuse. Our goals (regarding animal welfare) involve education, community outreach, working with local authorities as well as our local rescues and shelters. In order for conditions and behavior to improve, education is a must. We will speak for all animals. We receive tips and information on many forms of abuse/neglect, dog fighting, dumped and loose/strays and even those that may be found deceased.

We will use several different media outlets:

Each of these outlets are avenues to provide others to reach out to us for reporting situations that need attention. Not only will we need boots on the ground but we also need people at their computers.

Before any information is escalated to the proper authorities and/or agencies, we provide a deep investigation into the claim's validity. Our group fills the gap that many agencies and law enforcement do not have the time or resources to fill.

We are building our presence in all 50 states, Canada and in the United Kingdom. Other countries are on our target to expand.

Our voices will carry throughout the world.
