“Grace is power, not just pardon”    “Grace takes care of it all”  1 Conrinthians 12:6-10

8  For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Paul speaks about a thorn in his side.  What was the thorn is not known, it could have been, physical, spiritual in the form of temptation whatever it was God had not removed it. Three times Paul appealed to God to remove the thorn—three times the Lord said no. He prayed persistently and faithfully, he probably said not my will but thy will Lord.  He learned that God’s purposes could be better accomplished by the answer no.  Jesus now speaks to Him and says: My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.  Jesus is saying it is not predicated on your strength but Mine, He let Him know the His strength is made prefect in weakness.  'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. There are things we may be asking for, or other things we are asking to be removed.  God knows   what would motivate, or stimulate you, so He is always arranging and rearranging the matter of our live to line up with His will.  You might not understand the what, or why, but if you trust that God knows best and His Grace is sufficient, and believe no weapon that forms against you will prosper.
