“Everything is a part of God’s Master Plan, before the foundation of the world”.

 His attributes omniscient-all-knowing, omnipresent- everywhere at the same time and omnipotent- all power.

139 O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.

2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.

5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

When David looked over his life it amazed him, and he realized that God has been in total control.  David was the perfect person to write about the awesomeness of God because he could see the hands of God throughout his life working it out for his good and such knowledge is too wonderful for him to attain.  David understood that it was not about Him but God.
