Word of Wisdom - Plain and Simple- Hosted by Dianne Adams, a servant of God - Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 8 PM (central time)  Call in number 347-945-7659  Prayer Line 504-289-9501 Why did Jesus have to come?   Genesis 3:15-24Before we can understand why Jesus had to come, we must first understand the cause and the affect and see the awesomeness of God’s master plan and his perfect will for man. God spoke all things into existence by His words and with the Word He designed the entire universal and mankind. John 1-1 says In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the word was God.  Here we see that John is letting us know that Jesus and God are one.  God created us because he wanted a people a family, so he created us in his own image and likeness so that we would be on one accord. God wanted us to fellowship with him and he provided all provision necessary for us to live in harmony with him.  He provided all that is necessary for us to live a righteous life. God has perfect knowledge of all things, his understanding is so much greater than ours, and He has no limits; God knows everything and yes, He knew the man would fall. Not that He orchestrated the fall, but he allowed it. God is Omnipotent – Almighty and ruling all, Omnipresent –God is everywhere at the same time, Omniscient – Having complete and unlimited knowledge – nothing has ever happened that God didn’t know beforehand, and nothing has ever or will ever take His by surprise.  Man fell and God sent His only begotten Son to take away the sins of the world. The first man, Adam, introduced sin into  the world, but the second Adams, Jesus Christ, is sin’s antidote.  When Christ died as Redeemer, He made God’s salvation from sin available to all who accepted. Jesus had to come, so that who so ever will can come.
