Dr. Angela Owens walks us through the passion and challenges of nursing in 2022

Dr. Angela Owens has over 25 years of leadership experience. She holds a doctorate in healthcare systems leadership. She started her professional career as a cardiac critical care nurse where she served patients and families for over 10 years. She transitioned into nursing education and into leadership within the setting of academia where she could serve students and empower them to become their best. Dr. Owens is certified as an executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and through the International Coach Federation. She also holds certifications in Genos Emotional Intelligence, EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and Women in Leadership. She is an MBTI practitioner as well as a Conversational Intelligence Coach.
