Join Donna M. Kshir, Lee Roberts and Laurie Ann Smith-Tornerup, Co-founders of Advocates United for Humanity to learn how to protect children from child sexual abuse, as we discuss the serious epidemic of CSA, it's effects on children and the aftermath adult survivors must deal with as they try to cope and to heal from the abuse. We will have the chatroom open and if anyone has any questions they would like to ask, please feel free to type them in the chatroom and we will do our best to answer them for you.

How can I protect my child from sexual abuse?

A big part of protecting your child is talking to your child. Teaching them good touch/bad touch; teaching them their body belongs to them; that they have a right to say NO; abuse is never okay and it is NEVER their fault.

Advocates United to Humanity is dedicated to educating parents and children. Our goal is to go inside the classroom, libraries, clubs, etc to teach children the difference between good touch and bad touch by providing age appropriate programming and reading materials to parents and children. We let children know they have a right to say NO, how to confide in a trusting adult, that abuse is never okay and it’s NEVER their fault.

?The campaign was a SUCCESS!

We were able to distribute over 200 kits to educate our children on childhood sexual abuse and help protect them from possible predators. A special thank you to our amazing sponsors at Renovo Disposal for making it all possible!
