Author Brion Sims Johnson , is author of Reasons Beyond Myself, he was born in Saint Louis, raised in East Saint Louis, then later moved to to texas with his older brother. He currently assists his police department with the jvenile impact program in Texas, he travels from state to state giving inspiring speeches to high school students.  Brion vision is to one day travel across the United States and use his own story to build a connection with people all over the nation and inspire them to live above the challenges of life. Brion feels the best way to make a connection in life is to lower your defenses and make yourself vulnerable. He understands that everyone may not want to do that so he stepped up to the plate and made himself the first person. He shares his past in hopes to makes a better future for the next person.
