Gathering 162: “Advent Hope – Sabbath Rest”

Rest. For you. For the earth. Shabbat reminds us of our rightful place to the rest of God's creation. Shabbat chastises us for forgetting that the land does not belong to us. We belong to each other. Therein lies our HOPE. Join us today as Pastor Tony reflects on restoring HOPE by accepting our own and nature’s limitations. Reflect on the wisdom of the ancients and discover how cutting back and downsizing your mental and physical activities can improve the quality of your life which in turn will restore a right relationship with the Earth. In such a time as this, rediscover your sense of HOPE to gift to others (and the Earth) now and into the new year.
