Marriage is the institutional structure for healthy family development. The family is the building block for any community. Unfortunately, far too many home structures in Urban America are guided by tenets of distrust in the seriousness of marriage. Those tenets of distrust result from a faulty theology of the people who comprises the neighborhoods affected.
