Encouraging people to live life to their fullest potential, Cara Jones captivates her audience with her incredible story and leaves people inspired and ready to create change in their lives. Through real life examples she creates and delivers riveting, memorable presentations that engage and transform audiences by making the benefits of positive mental attitude, clear and relevant to everyone.

Cara is an international award winning short documentary filmmaker, and an award winning visual artist who who combines her passion for art and activism to help raise awareness around serious issues through social marketing and media. Her film Roadrunner, a documentary about a young man with Cerebral Palsy, continues to be used in Nova Scotia public schools, education conferences and universities for teaching purposes. In 2007, her documentary, Yesterdays News, premiered at Hot Docs, Toronto's International Documentary Film Festival, and went on to win three awards and travel the international documentary film festival circuit.

Cara's experience of overcoming great adversity in her life creates a platform that educates the audience in establishing the life they desire by using obstacles as road maps towards success and an abundant life. Using these principles in her life coaching and consulting practice, Cara strives to help others connect with their true potential.
