Dr. Edwards was born and raised in Washington, DC and is a Howard University Alumnus. She holds a Masters and Doctorate degree in management. She is a coach, author, professor, consultant, writer, mentor and advocate. Her call is to educate, motivate, teach, train and empower others for life success. She has over 18 years of government, industry, entrepreneurship, education, consulting and training experience.

After ten years as a college professor and losing all of her material possessions in a home fire, Dr. E realized that helping empower, motivate, uplift, educate, train and help others to do work they love and love their lives was her calling. She began her author’s journey by writing two children books because helping kids with life can be the catalyst for more productive adult decisions. Therefore, her children’s books “I Can Be” and “Fun With Money” are a step to teach and train kids to be financially literate and believe in themselves.
